UEL was engaged to support a multi-floor tenant improvement project at ARC Resources’ downtown office, supplying and installing structural steel elements that brought both form and function to the upgraded space. A key component of the scope was the fabrication and installation of a steel stair system—complete with precast treads and landing supports—spanning from floor 12 to floor 15. In addition, UEL provided structural framing for new partition walls at the upper levels, with all work carefully coordinated around active business operations and existing building infrastructure. The project reflects UEL’s capability to deliver high-quality steel solutions in occupied commercial environments with tight tolerances and schedule demands.
