The Nines

Unified Engineering was contracted to support the construction of a new mixed-use facility with the supply and installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals. Our scope included key structural elements such as steel beams, columns, elevator hoist and divider beams, along with architectural features like stair railings, bent plate surrounds at overhead doors, and a custom elevator pit ladder. We also supplied bolt-down pipe bollards and designed a durable steel bumper guard for the building’s waste and recycling enclosure.
