SCOTIABANK – Interstitial Stairs

The UEL team fabricated and installed interstitial steel stairs between the 15th and 19th floors of Scotiabank’s Brookfield Place offices in downtown Calgary. These architecturally exposed stair systems required complex coordination due to limited material access and tight floor-to-floor logistics. Completed to high design and finish standards, the stairs serve as both a structural and visual centerpiece within the tenant space.
