SAIT-John Ware Stairs

Unified Engineering supported interior upgrades at SAIT’s John Ware building with the fabrication and installation of steel stair railings and structural reinforcements. This project included railing systems spanning multiple floors, and the integration of lateral supports into the block wall assemblies of both stair shafts. With precision framing around mechanical openings and efficient site coordination, this project improved accessibility and structural resilience in a high-traffic educational setting.
