SAIT-JOHN WARE

During an interior renovation at SAIT’s John Ware building, Unified Engineering was brought in to restore structural integrity through the design and installation of a custom steel support system following the identification of distress in the existing concrete expansion joints. Additional scope included stair railings, lateral wall bracing at stair shafts, and structural support frames for new rooftop mechanical systems. Reinforcements were delivered with minimal disruption to the active campus environment, highlighting UEL’s experience with institutional retrofits and detailed steelwork integration.
