Unified Engineering supplied the structural and miscellaneous steel components for the new rooftop helipad and connecting skyway at the regional hospital in Fort McMurray. Our scope included everything from columns, beams, and ‘Cast Connex’ fittings to galvanized safety grating, access stairs, and exterior guardrails. We proudly contributed value-engineered design revisions that resulted in over $150,000 in cost savings, all while ensuring structural integrity, safety, and alignment with project specifications.
