TELUS CIDC CHILLER PLANT UPGRADE

Our team provided complete steel fabrication, demolition, and installation services to support critical mechanical and structural upgrade. The work involved reinforcing the 2nd floor with new steel framing and plates, installing custom supports for mechanical piping, and modernizing the roof with durable access ladders, guardrails, and grating. Existing assemblies were carefully removed and replaced to ensure seamless integration with the upgraded infrastructure. With galvanized finishes applied throughout, the project enhances both performance and long-term reliability.
