UEL was engaged for structural upgrades as part of a multi-floor tenant improvement project at ARC Resources’ downtown office. Reinforcing the existing slab with new steel beams was a key component, supplied and installed by Unified Engineering to support architectural and mechanical revisions across several levels. Additional work included partition support framing on the upper floor, all completed after hours to accommodate ongoing operations. This project showcases UEL’s ability to deliver precise structural solutions within active commercial environments while meeting tight design and scheduling requirements.
